Zirconium

Zirconium is a strong, lustrous grey metal derived from the mineral zircon, known for its excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Black Zirconium is not coated or plated—instead, it undergoes a heat-treatment process that forms a black oxide layer on the surface of the metal. This oxidised layer gives the ring its distinctive black appearance. While highly durable, the black finish can be scratched with wear, though it can be re-oxidised to restore its original look.
