How will my order be sent?

We pack all your items in a small box and place them inside a r3pack padded mailer to keep them nice and safe. These are then sent Track and Trace with New Zealand Post. Your order can be delivered to either your home or work address. Packages do not require a signature on delivery, (unless the item is over $1000 or is disclosed otherwise). If no one is at home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left for you to contact the courier depot to organise a more convenient delivery time.

When will my order be sent?

Once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. We will provide you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched to confirm your new piece of jewellery is on the way.

Please not that during busy periods this time frame may increase. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you for the delivery amount that has been paid.

How long will delivery take?

New Zealand Post usually delivers within 1-3 business days (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). If you have not received your delivery within 4 business days, you should contact Courier Post with the tracking number supplied to you.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, unavoidable delays in delivery can occur and if this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping on orders over $250. Should you choose to return your free shipping order for a refund, we will retain the original shipment costs we incurred.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.
