Travelling overseas?

If you're heading overseas you can take advantage of removing GST (15%) from the purchase price. It’s a great way to put the savings towards a lovely holiday! This service is available in stores and online.

For custom made pieces, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible so we can have your special piece crafted for you in time for your departure!

 

How does it work?

1. Go shopping! Select an item in store or online, or get in touch with the team to create something special with a minimum purchase total of $5000
2. Pay for your items
3. Provide your flight details and you will receive your collection form in person or via email
4. Collect the item from the Auckland International Airport Collection point

• We require at least 3 working days’ notice to deliver your tax-free shopping to the airport
• The purchaser must be the person travelling (the passenger)
• Items must be for personal use only
• The Departures collection point is located next door to Partridge Jewellers in departures. This is the only pick up point for all duty and tax-free sales made through stores that are located outside of the Airport
• Goods must be collected when departing New Zealand from Auckland International Airport
• Your order will be ready to collect 60 minutes before your flight
• To collect your items from the collection point please have a copy of your order confirmation, a valid photo ID, and sufficient time to collect your order prior to your international flight
• Please check the customs allowances of your destination to confirm any entry limitations or requirements
• You may be charged GST on re-entry to New Zealand if the item is not for your personal use or if it is a gift over NZD$700
• Tax free items are not eligible for return & are exempt from our returns policy
