This love for our trusty gumboots has sparked the small North Island town of Taihape to pronounce itself the 'Gumboot Capital of New Zealand'- home to a giant gumboot sculpture and host to the much loved annual gumboot throwing competition!

From October 2022 until November 2023, 10% of every sale of our exquisite Gumboot necklace and matching charm will contribute to the Gumboot Friday charity, which aims to support young people 'stuck-in-the-mud' on waiting lists and provides access to counselling and private care.
